Over the years of working within the music industry I have spoken to hundreds of singers and musicians trying to get into the industry by any means necessary, having spent the earlier part of my life being an artist I thoroughly understand the issues artists face because I’ve been there. With my band I spent years rehearsing, performing and recording, bunking trains because we were broke, having meetings with people who say more than they do, and having the door closed or phonecalls not returned. It was disheartening but we still had a passion for our music and continued the fight.

Like us many of you have experienced the dark side of the industry, on the outside looking in. Some of you are just beginning and haven’t an idea of who to trust or who to speak to and do not want to get caught in the merry go round you have heard about. You want to know the right way of getting to the right people, without wasting time with the sharks that exist in the business.
